Gut job on our 60 year old upstairs small pink tile bathroom. We went there as total walk-ins. Spent many hours with George planning our project. Our first (just looking) visit took 2 hours. Started work in about 2 months from contract signing. Installer was Eli, extremely hard working, competent and neat. Took about 2 weeks, including all new tile walls, tub, toilet, vanity, window, heated tile floor, and all new lighting fixtures. Very professional work. Cost in line with others. New bath is very functional and beautiful. Very confident they will be there if any problems. Will use again for remodel our downstairs bath that now seems kind of plain. Showroom is quite extensive and we did not have to go to any other vendors for materials. Definitely include KBM for your kitchen and bath estimates

We used the service of Kitchen & Bath Mart 3 years ago. They did a full kitchen remodel for us. They also provide follow-up service for any problems we have. As far as customer service, their followup is excellent. I have had a drawer pull that didn’t work properly. They were quick to send me a new part and come and fix it. It is really good. If something doesn’t work right, they really respond very quickly even 3 years after.

They remodelled our kitchen and two bathrooms with new appliances and designs. They did a great job on the project and we were very happy with the service. They were a little high in price, but you get what you pay for. They gave us great tips on the design process and the job was supervised throughout the whole process. George, the project manager, was very nice and made sure we were very happy with the job. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed something else done.

Kitchen & Bath Mart (KBM) was very helpful in designing and installing my new kitchen. KBM listened to my ideas and gave sound design advice. KBM started work on the project almost on time (two days late) and the original project was completed within 3 weeks. The workmanship was very good, I carefully inspected the work every night and pointed out particular issues requiring correction the next day; they were always very responsive. KBM was also very sensitive to the need to keep the area clean.

They were great.They did a blueprint of our bathroom and showed it us before they started. Eli, the man who did the work, was excellent. He worked all day, he came with everything he needed each day. Each day he did exactly what he said he would do. Dennis, the owner, worked with me on everything that I needed. Eli was so excellent, he gutted the entire bathroom in 1 day, he didn’t dilly dally. He did a great job at keeping the rest of the house clean and even tented off the other rooms. He went above and beyond to explain things to me, even on projects that we were doing ourselves. The people inside the office were great. When I did have a doubt about the tile, the owner personally came to explain things to me and showed me what the final look would be. The only interruption in the work was our new shower door had a crack, that was not the fault of Kitchen & Bath Mart and they were great about explaining everything to me. I would definitely work with them in the future, I highly recommend them. We are completely satisfied with their service.

We weren’t sure what would work with the rest of the bathroom so George came up with a design that did. When the work began the installer (Jim) showed up when they said he would and was consistent every day. He was skilled, personable, and considerate. There was attention to detail by him and everyone else involved. Communication was excellent. When someone said something would be done – even little things – it was. These people know what they’re doing.

The 3rd party who fabricated and installed performed very well but so did K&B Mart. Joe Dhamer and his staff were responsive, pro-active and reliable. Their’s was not the lowest bid but the customer service was well worth the additional cost. When the 3rd party was late for the measuring appointment which had to be rescheduled, Joe pushed them to finish the countertop faster to make up for the delay. Joe was also knowledgeable about the material I’d chosen and offered suggestions that helped me make decisions about the final product design.
